Shipping
All items are sent by Standard Post. I charge a flat rate of €1.20 within Ireland and €1.50 outside of Ireland. This covers both the cost of postage and packaging. It is charged automatically at the checkout.
Registered post is available. Please see the item listed as Registered Post at the bottom of the shop page for further information.
Combined shipping is available, but only if you contact me before purchase. List the items you wish to purchase and combine shipping on, and include your address. When I receive your request, I will inform you of the total cost of all the items, including their combined postage and packing. When you have confirmed that you wish to make the purchase, I will send you a PayPal invoice by email for the total cost. Do not buy them through the usual checkout system. If you buy multiple items through the usual checkout system, they will be sent separately, and you will be charged the cost of Standard Post for every item. This cannot be refunded.
Neither Kitschslap, nor anyone associated with the shop, can be held accountable for any damage to or loss of items after they have been posted. Great care is taken to ensure they are originally sent in perfect condition.
Shipping takes between 1-3 days within Ireland and between 7-9 days outside of Ireland.
Courier post is available but very expensive. Contact me if you are interested.
Returns
I cannot be held accountable for any damage to or loss of items after they have been posted. Refunds are given at my discretion according to the individual situation. As stated, great care is taken to ensure that items are sent in perfect condition. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send a message through the contact form. If a refund is offered, you will be invited to return it in its original and unused state within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will exclude the cost of the postage and packaging for the original delivery to you. The cost of return postage lies with the customer. It is recommended that you use registered mail to return the item. We cannot be held responsible should your item be lost in the post on its way back to us. Refunds will not be given on items that have been adapted or altered according to the purchaser's specifications. Refunds will be placed in the PayPal account with which the customer paid.
